The Pawwie harness has been really helpful during my dog’s recovery. It fits my Belgian Malinois well and feels secure without restricting her movement or causing noticeable discomfort (she’s a vocal lady, she would definitely let me know if it was uncomfortable.) The harness helped me help her stay balanced and not overuse her hind leg as she recovered from a break (A Malinois doing Malinois things...) The straps feel sturdy, the handles are easy to grip, and it allowed me to assist her without straining my own back. Overall, it’s a practical, well-made option for dogs recovering from injury or needing extra mobility support.

We have a Bernese Mountain Dog, about 110 pounds, with degenerative myelopathy that has caused paralysis in his back legs. We previously bought a much more expensive lift harness, but as his muscles wasted and he lost weight, it no longer fit properly. We also did not want to spend the money on yet another replacement.

This harness turned out to be a really good solution. It fits a large dog well and is actually easier to use than the Help-Em-Up harness we had before. One big advantage is the rear design. Instead of a strap that runs under the belly and covers the privates, this harness loops around each back leg individually. That makes a huge difference. With the other harness, our dog would often pee on it because the strap blocked his ability to urinate comfortably. That is not an issue with this one.

It is also much easier to put on. You do not have to thread it under the body or lift the back end of a heavy dog. You simply lift one leg at a time, which is far more manageable when you are dealing with a large dog who cannot support himself.

The harness feels well made, secure, and practical. Overall, it has been very helpful for lifting and supporting a big, heavy dog with mobility problems, especially when full lifting is not an option.

So far this has been working really well for my dog. I think some of the complaints about sizing may come from people not measuring their dog carefully first.

I have a 60-70 lb pitbull and got the Large (if you have a Sheppard or husky type breed, you most likely need the XL), and this fits her well with room to adjust. She has hip dysplasia and an ACL tear in her back left leg, so she still has a limp, BUT Before using it, she was basically hobbling around on three legs. With this on, she’s able to put more weight on her back end, even if just a little. I can use it to get her up and down the stairs too.

The neck padding is great, and the leash handle is padded too, which makes it much more comfortable for me to use without it digging into my hand. Overall, I’d recommend it for someone needing a little extra support for older dogs.

This is a thick, great quality mobility lift harness / support sling for dogs. This is intended for supporting the rear legs. There is a handle toward the front for supporting the front AND back at the same time, (such as to assist in boarding a vehicle or walking up steps.

The sizing is accurate. It is thick in a durable way, but not uncomfortably thick. It is lightweight and breathable, and easy to put on. It can be worn all day and night if need be, and it is intended to be worn while your dog does it's bathroom business, so no need to take it off for that. It has reflective material on the straps for night time use.

Care instructions state that it is machine washable, but I have not needed to wash it yet. This is an excellent, well made harness. I highly recommend it.

I ordered this harness for my 46lbs Furkid and I'm glad that I ordered the Large size. I've been using a livestock weighing sling with her but it just carries her and there's no functionality to secure her to it. A couple of times, she actually slipped out of that old sling.

This Pawwie harness came in a zip bag and as I was pulling it out, it felt heavy-duty and very much a quality product. I quickly tried it on her because I wanted to make sure that it's not too big for her. I loosened the rear leg straps by about 2" and tightened the front adjustable straps by about 1.5" and it fits her perfectly. This harness is the appropriate one for her because she's not getting or slipping out of the straps--it's very secure. The stitchings on it look quite solid and I hope that this support harness will last a long time for her. The measurements that they have on the product information page is actually accurate for my doggo considering that she has a large chest for those looking at getting this. Just make sure you have the correct measurements as noted on the pictures. It also came with a detachable strap for when the time comes that I will need to assist her up and down the stairs.

I think it brings excellent value for the cost, secure straps, product quality, and most importantly, functionality for my aging senior Furkid.
